1) Deactivate cellular service on your gateway(s) which stops the monthly fees for the cellular gateways.  The account stays active and your data stays available and online.  There is a $10/mo account maintenance fee.  Note if you use a "cellular deactivated" gateway and connect it by WiFi or ethernet LAN to the internet that will still be a "billable event" and will result in either a active gateway fee or a job site fee depending on your billing plan.

2) Deactivate your account which stops all billing.  All job site data is deleted however we still keep your account information including the gateway ID's assigned to your account in the event you want to later re-activate your account.
